Our olives are grown in volcanic soils, rich in all macro and micro elements that sweeten and perfume the products.
We produce up to 60.000 kg per day and we mainly deal with the processing of olives cultivar nocellara etnea, whose variety is prominent for both oil and table olives. We have also other varieties such as the gioconda, the giarraffa, the carolea.

The Etna Olive Srl strongly present in the territory, deals mainly semi-finished product and supplies the largest canning companies in Italy. The processed olives are stored and then marketed all over the world.
In recent years, the company has diversified by introducing into the market, also other typical Sicilian products embracing the field of Sicilian spices, products in oil and vinegar and continuing to produce 100% Sicilian extra virgin olive oil.
